Expertise

At an early age, Dewayne realized that he had a knack for motivating those around him, and wanted to use this skill to benefit his community. Since 1998, he has been training professional athletes, soccer moms, and others who want to get in shape. His expertise lies in fat reduction, weight loss, and body building, and his clientele range from kids to senior citizens. Dewayne combines speed, power, and agility to help people tone their bodies and provides fitness and diet assessments to ensure they have a well-rounded approach to their results. He is also CPR certified.

Background

Dewayne received a degree in physical education and applied that knowledge to many areas of his life. He was interested in learning about how to take the body you were given and reshape it to the best it can be. This interest propelled him to compete in, and win, multiple bodybuilding contents. Still looking for a challenge, he went to Fresno State University to obtain a BA in Business. While at FSU he broke school records on the football and track teams.

In his more than 19 years of experience, Dewayne has successfully built profitable fitness centers and training studios. In 2009, he was nominated for Men Doing Well in Business in the Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem area. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, our business has helped countless individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

Our club is available to the general public and includes aerobics and boxing classes, competitive sports, and a 5K club. We are motivated by the results that we see from our clients and have proven results.

All of the trainers at NC FITNESS CLUB are fully certified and have many years of experience. Each one of them strives to provide a welcoming and results-oriented workout environment. Our group fitness league is especially focused on women, with teams including racquetball, kickball, and flag football. Through physical fitness and health, we seek to enrich the lives of women in the community.
